Since Inception in 2007 NWI Contracting Ltd. has offered Construction Management services complete with Construction Manager, Site Superintendent, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, CSO, Lead hands and Foremen. Back office support group staff as Accountants, bookkeepers, HR and procurement logistics.
We work with Architects, Engineers, Consultants and Designers to produce a property that stands the time to provide a positive cash flow and return on investment for a great addition to ownership group portfolios.
NWI Contracting Ltd. works with Developers and ownership groups to schedule, Procure and manage trades as well as manage building services through the complete process of pre-construction, inspections, and civil work all the way to completion.

NWI CONTRACTING LTD believes in on-going staff training. First Aid and Fall Protection certificates are a must amongst our staff. In addition, we send our own carpenters to school and have apprenticeship programs in place in order to encourage personal development.
